2. The Youtube Analyzer Service

We agree to provide you with the Youtube Analyzer Service. The Service includes all of the Youtube Analyzer products, features, applications, services, technologies, and software that we provide to advance Youtube Analyzer's mission: To connect you with Youtube video analysis and insights. The Service is made up of the following aspects (the Service):

• Developing and using technologies that help us consistently serve our growing community.

3. Usage Limits

As part of our commitment to provide a fair and sustainable service, we have set certain usage limits:

• For users who are not logged in, you can perform up to 5 video comment analyses and 5 video summary analyses.
• For users who are logged in using their Google account, you can perform up to 20 video comment analyses and 20 video summary analyses.
• For premium users, you can perform up to 250 video comment analyses and 250 video summary analyses.

Please note that these limits are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes.

4. Your Commitments

In return for our commitment to provide the Service, we require you to make the below commitments to us.

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You must not be prohibited from receiving any aspect of our Service under applicable laws.
• You must not attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways.

5. Permissions You Give to Us

We need certain permissions from you to provide our services:

• Permission to use content that you create and share: You own the content you create and share on Youtube Analyzer, and nothing in these Terms takes away the rights you have to your own content.

6. Disputes

We try to provide clear rules so we can limit or hopefully avoid disputes between you and us. If a dispute does arise, however, it's useful to know up front where it can be resolved and what laws will apply.

7. Updates

We may need to update these Terms from time to time to accurately reflect our services and practices. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you before we make changes to these Terms and give you an opportunity to review them before they go into effect.
